SUPER-POSITION

Super–position is an experimental book exploring light, colour and perception through a dialogue between theory and graphic experimentation. Printed on a combination of opaque and transparent papers, the book invites the reader to experience visual superpositions where forms, opacities and colour nuances shift progressively from page to page.
Inspired by artists such as James Turrell, Karl Gerstner, Olafur Eliasson and Ann Veronica Janssens, the project brings together colour theory, the history of colour and immersive visual research. Each spread plays with transparency, saturation and form, creating a reading experience that is both visual and tactile. Conceived as both graphic object and an experiential space, the book approaches colour not as a static visual element, but as a moving sensory phenomenon shaped by perception and interaction.
